• Multiple looks: changes as required for character/script

• Rates: flat dry rate based on time estimate, location, other details

BOOKING & RATES:
• Please note that prices are not listed here because each event/booking is customized (based on location, hours, time, number of clients, nature of booking, etc.) so please inquire via email or this website with as many details as possible
• Rates may increase without notice at any time (although will not affect bookings already secured with deposit)
• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
• All bridal bookings require a pre-wedding trial, and a deposit of at least 25% of estimated wedding day cost to secure date

IMPORTANT NOTES ON SERVICES:
• It is best to arrive to any makeup session with a clean face wearing little or no makeup if possible
• If you have highly reactive or sensitive skin, or have any special skin conditions, please try to bring your own skincare products
• Please provide advance notice of any known allergies or skin conditions
• It is best to arrive to any makeup & hair session with clean dry hair, unless otherwise requested
• Payment is required on the day services are provided, unless otherwise arranged in advance
• Booking of any services with Tiomi Gao is implicit agreement to all conditions (above and additionally outlined) by Tiomi Gao, and services may be cancelled or discontinued at any time for violation of agreement
